Solar Collector

When the discrepant temperature of the solar collector and water tank reaches the set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically.The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank.

A flat plate solar collector consists of an absorber, a transparent cover, a frame, and insulation. Usually an iron-poor solar safety glass is used as a transparent cover, as it transmits a great amount of the short-wave light spectrum .Simultaneously, only very little of the heat emitted by the absorber escapes the cover (greenhouse effect).

The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically. In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach Tmax, then start the auxiliary heating device. If discrepant temperature of the collector and the water tank does not reach the set value, the circulation pump shall be shut automatically.
